Hiring Admissions Counselors for a full-time, 100% Remote, statewide position in Nevada.

Summary:

Lionrock is currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The person we are seeking will work from home, communicating with people in need of substance use disorder treatment who reach out to us by phone, live chat, and email. The bonds you create with those people will be their first steps forward to a life in recovery. The people reaching out to us are at a turning point in their lives and they need to be handled with deep compassion, respect, understanding, and sensitivity. This requires an unusual combination of kindness and firm, direct persuasion. Sales skills and experience are required for this position, and we prefer candidates to be in recovery themselves for at least 2 years. We aren't only looking for outstanding sales professionals, but also individuals who are intimately knowledgeable about treatment and recovery.

Responsibilities & Duties (not limited to and subject to change):

  • Answer incoming calls/live chat from prospective clients
  • Represent Lionrock programs to potential clients
  • Provide guidance on the treatment process
  • Make determinations on suitable programs based on clinical criteria
  • Complete intake paperwork
  • Set up clients in SalesForce
  • Maintains relationships with business clients by providing support, information, and guidance; always promoting confidence and awareness in Lionrock’s brand and services
  • Ensure compliance standards and regulations are met
  • Engage in all phone, email, and Zoom video interactions in a professional manner
  • Keep calendar up-to-date and organized at all times
  • Complete assigned training by established deadlines
  • Provide timely follow-up to all email communications, phone calls, g-chats, calendar invites, etc. with both clients and fellow employees
  • Attend & facilitate mandatory weekly and monthly meetings
  • Identify special projects of interest and pursue completion autonomously & as part of a team
  • Complete additional special projects as assigned by Management
  • Work cohesively with teams across multiple departments meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Recommend innovative changes to collateral/processes
  • Quality control in all aspects and functions of assigned responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Personal Recovery of at least 2 years
  • A minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of Admissions experience
  • Team player with highly effective leadership & people management skills; the ability to inspire and influence clients, and coworkers
  • Comfortable working within a team as well as autonomously
  • Public speaking skills and facilitation of large meetings
  • Ability to design and implement a wide variety of sales strategies
  • Excellent record-keeping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and pivot when needed
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Bring integrity, creativity, and a positive mindset to work each day
  • A quiet, distraction-free designated workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work normal business hours in your timezone (some flexibility afforded on an as-needed basis); preference for Pacific time zone
  • Though rare, occasional evening and weekend work when necessary, to meet a deadline

Status Full-time only

Compensation Treatment Coordinators start out at $22 per hour and receive generous commissions as well with the potential to make and sustain a six-figure income.
